- Experience or passion for supporting people with disability
- A can-do attitude and willingness to think outside the box
- Genuine care, reliability and strong communication skills
- Flexibility to work across in-home, community and group settings
- People who believe in radical inclusion and real impact
- Someone with great availability Monday to Friday
- Willingness to work shorter shifts to build up a roster (Ellenbrook & Surrounds)

**The Details**:

- SCHADS Award pay rates (casual)
- Flexible rosters
- Must have or be willing to obtain NDIS Worker Screening Check, WWCC, First Aid, and Manual Handling training

**What You'll Need**:

- A genuine passion for people and building community
- Previous experience in disability, aged care or community support
- A current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- A valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Working With Children Check and National Police Clearance
- Current First Aid & CPR certification
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module certificate
- Confidence to work independently and as part of a team
- Great communication skills and a sense of humour — we’re big on human connection
- Respect for diversity, inclusion and trauma-informed approaches
- Flexibility and adaptability — no two days are ever the same
- A commitment to showing up with heart, integrity and curiosity

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $32.88 - $35.15 per hour
