**Female Support Worker - Mature and Experienced**

**Hours**:

- Monday: 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM
- Thursday: 3:15 PM - 7:30 PM
- Friday: 3:15 PM - 7:30 PM

**About the Participant**

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate **female support worker** to assist a delightful 10-year-old girl living in Ellenbrook with her family.

She is highly social and enjoys interaction, water play, beach activities, sand play, and being part of lively environments.

**Support Needs & Responsibilities**
- Provide direct support in the home and community.
- Assist with **PEG feeding** and monitor/manage dysphagia symptoms.
- Support the client’s communication, engagement, and daily routines.
- Ensure a safe, positive, and engaging environment.
- Follow care plans and collaborate with family members.

**Additional needs include**: non-verbal communication, intellectual disability, reflux, dysphagia, cortical vision impairment, and management of chronic bowel issues.
Specialist skills in **PEG feeding** and **dysphagia management** are **essential**.

**Requirements**:

- Mature female support worker (due to participant/family preference).
- Experience working with children with **complex needs**.
- Skilled in **PEG feeding** and **dysphagia care**.
- Patient, reliable, and compassionate.
- Current **NDIS Worker Screening Check**, **First Aid/CPR**, and relevant training.
- **Working With Children Check (WWCC)**.
- Certificate III/IV in Disability, Community Services, or equivalent (desirable).

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $33.00 - $43.00 per hour
