About the Role:
We are excited to introduce a newly created Exercise Physiologist role at TLC Health Clubs. In this position, you will assist clients with diverse conditions, including musculoskeletal concerns, mental health challenges, and chronic pain.

What you’ll be doing
- Provide excellent customer service to our clients
- Treatment with a focus on prevention for long-term health outcomes
- Provide plans for exercise, lifestyle and nutrition
- Educate clients for future success
- Assess, provide and evaluate clinical care
- Record management, clients follow up and reporting
- Contribute to content creation (health challenges, workshops, presentations, videos, podcasts and collateral)
- Contribute to business development and outreach to the community

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver tailored exercise programs to support client rehabilitation and well-being
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
- Provide expert guidance and education to enhance client outcomes
- Travel to Geelong sites (Armstrong Creek, Belmont, Wallington) as required

- Minimum 2 years’ experience
- Accredited Exercise Physiologist
- ESSA Accreditation
- HW093 Medicare registration (current, or willing to obtain)
- Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinations (3 doses)
- NDIS Check (includes Police Clearance)
- Eligibility to work in Australia
