As our Educational Leader, you’ll take on the vital role of Curriculum Leader—mentoring, coaching, and guiding our exceptional team of educators. Through collaboration and critical reflection, you’ll shape enriching learning environments and programs that nurture the holistic development of every child.

In addition, **previous management experience is highly regarded** as the Curriculum Leader may occasionally need to help out in the Centre Manager role, ensuring continuity and strong leadership within the service.

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**:

- Bachelor or Diploma in Early Education or working towards a Bachelor
- A valid Working with Children Check or willing to obtain
- Current First Aid, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Certificates willing to obtain
- Experience as an educational leader highly regarded
- Previous management experience is highly regarded
