Our beautiful Nido Early School Seaford is seeking an enthusiastic experienced Educational Leader to join our team. We are inspired by the Reggio Emilia Approach and are passionate about delivering contemporary educational practices for our children, educators, and families. Role model, coach, mentor and critically reflect with our educators to deliver curriculums and environments that enrich the child's holistic self.

ABOUT THE SERVICE:

  • 91 place service, close to public transport for easy commute to work
  • Caters for children from 6 weeks to five years old across 8 rooms and 3 outdoor play areas
  • Strong management team to coach and guide you through your career
  • Utilise the Story Park platform, enriching our communication with families about their child\'s development and fostering a sense of active participation
  • Opening hours - 6:30am-6:30pm - Monday-Friday
  • Regular excursions and incursions, with Bush Kinder, Art Class and Yoga classes

ABOUT YOU:

  • Hold a Bachelor or Diploma in Early Education
  • Have experience working in either a Lead Educator or Educational Leader role within child care
  • Be willing to support and guide the team
  • A valid Working with Children Check or willing to obtain
  • Current First Aid Certificate or willing to obtain
  • Available to open and close when required
  • Have knowledge of the Reggio Emilia Approach
  • Be an excellent communicator
  • Contribute to exceeding outcomes for children and Educators
