**Due to continued growth, i**n this integral role, you will be a key point of contact for customers**, suppliers,** and **our expert Gl**aziers**.**

**R**esponsible for maximising **productivity, your customer service skills will capitalise on every **opportunit**y while scheduling **daily & future jobs.**

**About the role**:

- Out-bound specialist with exceptional communication skills, keeping customers, suppliers & trades staff appraised of lead-times
- Effectively scheduling glazing work for 30+ Trades staff and contractors across SEQLD - emergency replacement / new installs / 2nd. visit jobs
- Maintaining and updating accurate records of schedules
- Fast-paced but friendly team environment
- KPI-driven targets to achieve
- Work hours Monday - Friday 8:30 am
- 5.00 pm
- Be a valuable member of our team, contributing to our success and actively helping to create a positive environment

**About you**:

- Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail, excellent listening, communication, and understanding skills
- Excellent organisational & time management skills with the ability to prioritise changing workloads and customer needs
- Simpro or planning system experience is an advantage
- Windows, Blinds, Glass, or trades scheduling/planning experience is an essential
- Intermediate to Advanced general computer skills
