We’re on the lookout for a reliable and energetic team member to join our fast-growing manufacturing operation. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands, is mechanically inclined, and lives nearby for quick access to the workshop. You’ll be working with CNC machines and high-frequency welders, assisting with basic CAD design, and handling local material transport using company vehicles.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:
**Operating & Maintaining Equipment**
- Run and monitor CNC cutting systems and high-frequency welders
- Conduct basic upkeep, safety checks, and troubleshoot issues
- Follow strict production guidelines for accurate results

**Physical & Logistics Support**
- Handle lifting and moving of materials and tools
- Assist in keeping the workshop organised and efficient
- Drive company vehicles for pickups and deliveries as needed

**Technical & CAD Assistance**
- Help create and edit technical drawings using CAD (training provided)
- Read and follow instructions from blueprints and manuals

**Must-Have Requirements**:

- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transport
- Physically capable of hands-on work (lifting, bending, standing)
- Fast learner with a good attitude toward safety and processes

**Nice-to-Haves**:

- Basic CAD knowledge (e.g., AutoCAD)
- Experience in a factory or trade setting
- Students in trades or engineering fields welcome

Pay: $25.00 - $33.00 per hour

**Benefits**:
