**Public Sector People (PSP) **are currently looking to speak to a
**Digital Content Advisor** who would be interested in a 3-month contract within a Local Government organisation.
- _Immediate start_
- _6-month contract_
- _CBD location, 3 days in the office and 2 days from home _
- _$45 - $55 an hour + super _
- _Lateral-thinker and customer-focused_

This role is to work closely with the team members across Strategic Communications to ensure delivery is met to high standard and requests are factored into the team's workload planning. You will be covering leave for an initial 5-weeks assisting with Content and then move on to project work shortly after that to assist with their main website portal, using SharePoint as their CMS.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage new content across the website and provide quality assurance to ensure the website is relevant, engaging and maintained to a high standard.
- Improve the user experience by ensuring the content is accessible and supports the customers needs.
- Review content performance and create, rewrite an/or reformat content.
- Provide monthly KPI reporting.
- Support the analysis and communication of channel and campaign performance.
- Able to give expert advice and support Digital Content Officers on content, structure and usability.

The following qualifications and/or experience are required for the position:

- Relevant qualifications in website management or related discipline with experience.
- Demonstrated website management experience within a large, complex organisation.
- Excellent digital and written communication skills.
- Experience with analytics, search console and other tools used to access and audit content.
- Strong understanding of information architecture principles, content management systems and web accessibility best practice.
- Open minded to a hybrid working style of working in the office 3 days a week, CBD location.
