**Responsibilities**:
This is a great opportunity for an expanding startup client of ours located in Melbourne looking to onboard a Finance Business Partner into the business.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build Annual Operating Plans (AOP) with the help of the executive team
- Drive promotional modelling for key retailers and assess impact to P&L
- Make recommendations on promotional strategy based on financials
- Deliver month-end reporting across sales, expenditure and capex
- Track the business outcomes in line with monthly and quarterly budgets
- Work with the production and sales team on product costings and recommendations on shelf pricing and promotional pricing
- Deliver on multiple reports that provides a clear idea to the management team on how the business is tracking and make recommendations on improvements

The role is based out of Kew, Victoria and close to trams and buses. This is not a work from home role, given the nature of being more of a startup business you will be working closely with the team. A large component of this role is being 'the right fit' and flexible for the expanding nature of the business. FMCG experience highly regarded. The Finance Business Partner will report into the CFO and/or Director of the business.
