**_ About the role_**

As our Concession Manager, you will play a significant role within the business. As part of our team, you will be responsible for looking after the day-to-day operations within the concession, leading and inspiring a team of like-minded individuals that share the same love for fashion.

You will be responsible for driving sales and achieving KPI results within the concession, and training and developing a team of future stylists.
- Manage, monitor, and drive sales to enhance store targets and maximize profitability within the concession.
- Ability to review your sales and stock sell through report, analyze what has impacted your store results and work with Operations on future actions
- Hold yourself and each individual accountable for their own results
- Offering customers a high-level of service through creative styling, product knowledge and brand experience
- Using your creative initiative to style and up-sell products through visual merchandising
- Mentor, engage and coach your team to allow growth, celebrating their strengths and building awareness and steps to address their gaps; through honesty, generosity, and true empowerment to give things a go themselves
- Lead and inspire the team to dig deep, love what they do and be proud of the contribution they have to the wider business strategy
- Prioritise the wellbeing and mental health of your team - ensuring they are healthy, taking time to recharge and to talk about how they are feeling

**_ About you_**
- Minimum 2 years experience in a management role in the retail industry
- You will have a genuine love and understanding of our brand
- The ability to confidently lead, motivate and engage your team
- Proven experience and success in coaching and developing teams and individuals
- A proven track record of driving and exceeding sales targets and budgets
- Sound knowledge and proven success in retail ops including budgets, wages, rostering, VM, stock management, shrinkage etc
- Must have full Australian working rights
