Den Devine is not your average venue — we’re a home for live music lovers, foodies, and good-time seekers. We’re looking for a charismatic, confident, and people-first host who knows how to make everyone feel welcome the moment they walk through the door.

This role is for you if:

- You’re the kind of person who can talk to anyone
- You naturally read the room and know who needs a drink, a menu, or just a smile
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two nights are the same
- You genuinely love engaging with people, building rapport, and creating memorable experiences
- You believe in good vibes, good music, and great service

What You’ll Do:

- Be the face of Den Devine - greeting and seating guests with warmth and confidence
- Clearly explain how the venue works (ordering, tabs, specials, live music lineup)
- Proactively engage with guests throughout the night - no one should feel forgotten
- Upsell drinks, desserts, and experiences through connection (not scripts)
- Read the room, manage table flow, and guide guests toward an awesome night
- Help drive revenue by encouraging spend through friendly, thoughtful engagement

Pay: $32.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 18 - 30 per week
