Vitalis Healthcare at Home are seeking expressions of interest from dedicated Support Workers to join our team and make a meaningful impact on the lives of our aged care clients in the Lower North Shore, Northern Beaches and Macquarie regions.

As a **Home Care Support Worker**, you’ll assist our clients in maintaining their independence and quality of life.

**Key duties include**:

- Assisting with personal hygiene, feeding and medication.
- Supporting household tasks (cleaning, shopping).
- Providing social support and helping clients access their community.
- Offering companionship and emotional support.

**Locations**:
Our clients are based in the following regions:

- Lower North Shore
- Macquarie
- Northern Beaches

- Driver’s Licence and Own Car: Essential for transport duties.
- A Genuine Passion for Providing Care: Warmth, professionalism, and a willingness to go the extra mile.
- Initiative and Proactive Approach: Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent Communication Skills: To ensure clients feel understood and supported.
- Availability to work mornings, afternoons and evening 2-3 hour shifts
