If this sounds like you then Everyday Independence is ready to train you to become a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner.
As a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner, you will deliver best-practice, person-centered support to people who use challenging behaviours. In this rewarding role you will build long term relationships with people and their support networks as you help them to create a vision for a life without restrictions and with positive interactions, activities and experiences.
Working with people of all ages and achieving outcomes for greater quality of life and less restriction. You will complete our industry leading PBS training programme and ongoing development programme.
Our PBS Practitioners are part of a contemporary and innovative team who meet regularly to celebrate successes, unpack challenges and to learn. We have also embedded reflection days into our programme because we know that in order to deliver a world class service, learning development and the wellbeing of our practitioners must be prioritised.
