We are seeking "SWITCHED ON" Workshop Assistants & General Hands for one of our leading Construction & Building clients based in Smeaton Grange.

This client is an industry leader in manufacturing high quality Modular Building & Portable site office structures. Our client offers services including full turn key delivery and installation.

**Working alongside Installers & Fabricators you will be asked to assist with**:

- Assisting Projects Team to ensure day to day activities are conducted within the time allocated.
- Participate and help coordinate the receipt, handling and movement of materials delivery - loading & unloading of materials.
- Assist trades to conduct general building, site maintenance and WH&S support
- Pickup supplies/material.
- Stock taking & providing order lists to projects teams.
- General Housekeeping & Keeping work areas free from hazards
- Communicating with trades

This role has career progression to Operations Coordinator available for the right person who will become an invaluable part of our construction and operations team.

**Successful applicants must have/be**:

- Be available for full-time day shifts (6.30am - 4.00pm)
- Willing to perform any task within their skill set & open to learning more
- Balance changing priorities with a minimum fuss
- Demonstrate knowledge of how to use general hand & power tools.
- Thrives on completing tasks & working hard to deliver high quality products
- Forklift Ticket in NSW (LF)
- WHS White card
- Working at heights (Desirable, not necessary)

**Salary**: $32.00 - $35.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift

- Oran Park, NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:

- White Card (required)
- WORKING AT HEIGHTS (preferred)
- Forklift Licence (required)
