Job Description

Logistics Role and Responsibilities
- Ensuring on time deliveries of orders to all customers.
- Liaising with key stakeholders (Planning, Sales, Logistics and Warehouse teams)
- Processing Out STOs or Plant to Plant Transfers on SAP
- Liaising and coordinating inventory movements with 3PL warehouse
- Receiving of Product & Parts Shipments into SAP
- Assist with all Inventory control process across various warehouse plants
- Assist with warehouse stock stakes and Cycle count processes
- Assist with local Freight Carriers enquiries e.g. track & tracing and managing claims
- Maintaining SAP Master Data for Inventory managed warehouse

International Shipping Role and Responsibilities
- Coordinating all inbound internal sea freight and airfreight
- Monitoring shipments to ensure goods arrive on time
- Maintaining and updating product ETA’s
- Liaising with Freight Forwarder & Custom Broker on new and existing imports and exports
- Organizing return transfers from 3rd party warehousing in New Zealand back to Sydney
- Following up all stock receipts and advising staff of product arrival.
- Ensure all import and export shipment documentation are compliant with Trade regulations
- Checking the International Freight Invoices before payment
- Inbound product shipment reporting
- Other admin tasks as required

Spare Part Planning Role and Responsibilities
- Review spare part requirements on weekly basis
- Maintain min-max stock levels for spare parts in SAP
- On weekly basis, review open orders and other requirements for spare parts
- Generate stock transport orders to support open orders and any urgent requirements
- Review and phase out EOL spare parts whilst phasing in replacement/new spare parts
- In SAP, Extend spare parts to ANZ plants
- Generate weekly reports for spare part availability to support order management team
- Minimise freight costs by utilising sea freight and minimising air freight
