Seeking a proactive and organised _**Allocator**_ to support our national fleet and procurement team. If you enjoy variety, problem-solving, and working with people across different teams, this role is for you.
**About the role**:
- Part time (Flexible 3-4 days)
- Immediate Start
- 3 month contract (Opportunity to extend)
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate fleet operations including vehicle changeovers, maintenance, detailing, GPS units and fuel cards
- Manage vehicle smash repairs and liaise with repairers across NSW & ACT
- Maintain accurate asset registers for fleet, tools, and equipment
- Support staff with fleet maintenance queries and compliance checklists
- Order and distribute corporate wear, PPE, stationery, and consumables
- Assist with IT hardware and meeting room equipment when needed
- Manage standpipes and ensure annual testing is completed
- Support the NSW/ACT Procurement Manager with quotes, purchases, and asset tracking
- General labouring duties as required (stock take, storage clean out, manual handling)
**Skills/Requirements**:
- 2+ years in a similar role
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Driver's license + Own transport mandatory (travel between sites required)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Experience in fleet, procurement, or facilities (preferred but not essential)
- Basic IT and admin skills
**Job Types**: Casual, Temp to perm
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: From $31.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Wentworth Point NSW 2127: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Logistics Coordinator : 1 year (preferred)
- Allocator: 1 year (preferred)
Work Authorisation:
- Australia (preferred)
