**About the Opportunity**

As the Applications Support Coordinator for Leisure, you will be responsible for provisioning all hospitality technology services required to support the Leisure business nationally and primarily those located in Queensland.

The position also actively engages across various supply teams with the RACV Technology operating model to support and address service requests, incidents, change, problems, and ad-hoc project demand.

**What you’ll need to be successful**
- Minimum 5+ years in desktop/infrastructure support (desirable)
- 5+ years in vendor management and support (desirable)
- Hotel Management or IT degree
- ITIL, IT certification/degree (desirable)
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry (desirable)
- Possess sound oral and written communication skills
- Has strong stakeholder management and relationship building skills
- Understands and collaborates on the analysis of user/customer needs and represents this in their work.
