**All-Rounder | Café Barista & Hotel Receptionist**

This is a varied role, with some days spent working at the hotel reception and other days serving as a barista in the café.

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a **Full-Time All-Rounder Café Barista & Hotel Receptionist**at The Hughenden Hotel. This diverse position offers the perfect blend of customer service, hospitality, and food service.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**As a Café Barista**:

- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, espresso drinks, and other beverages to customers.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of all work areas.
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience by providing friendly, knowledgeable service.
- Assist with basic food preparation.

**As a Hotel Receptionist**:

- Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanour upon arrival.
- Check in/check out guests efficiently and accurately, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience.
- Answer phones and assist with reservations, both in-person and over the phone.
- Manage guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and resolve issues promptly.

**Key Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a barista and/or hotel reception, preferred but not required. We can train the right person.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a busy environment.
- A positive, team-oriented attitude.
- We are staffed from 7am to 3pm each day, no afternoon or night shifts available. Ability to be flexible as shift are rostered weekdays and weekends.
