**The Role
As a **Service Consultant in Sydney **, you will play a pivotal role within the Services Department. Your primary responsibility will be to integrate strategic thinking with technical solutions, effectively demonstrating the business value of combined services and technology. This involves leading the development and delivery of strategic presentations and workshops, crafting compelling value propositions, and ensuring a seamless transition between pre-sales consultation and post-sales strategic consultancy.

**Key Responsibilities
- Lead presentations of professional services in pre-sales phases, providing consultations that highlight the strategic integration of services and technology.
- Develop strategic value propositions that effectively stitch together professional services with technological solutions into persuasive demonstrations.
- Create custom presentations and conduct strategic workshops to demonstrate the ROI and business value of our solutions to current and prospective clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external service delivery partners to ensure seamless project continuity and up-to-date service expertise.
- Engage in strategic consultancy and ongoing projects post-sale to maintain alignment with initial sales processes and provide continuous strategic insights.

**Qualifications
- Minimum 6 years of experience in commercial roles within SaaS or Digital Marketing Services, ideally in Marketing Tech.
- Experience in strategic consultancy roles in the digital space, with a basic understanding of CRM marketing.
- Strong understanding of key markets across APAC and ability to adapt proposals based on market needs.
- Experience with retail and consumer-facing organisations with shifting targets.
- Ability to effectively communicate the value of professional services to various stakeholders, including C-level.
- Strategic thinking ability and creativity.
- Track record of leading customer-facing demonstrations with a full understanding of the sales cycle.
- Tech-savvy and adaptable to technological advancements and changes.
- Hands-on, self-motivated individual with strong problem-solving skills and excellent teamwork abilities.

**Nice to Have**:

- Sales exposure in a medium or large digital agency.
- Knowledge of the online marketing space, especially E-Mail marketing.
- Experience with commercial utilisation of RFPs and RFIs.
- High level of initiative and ability to work independently.
- Track record of coordinating multiple projects concurrently
