Administration Officer, Renal Dialysis Unit

**Your new Role**:
The Administration Officer, Renal Dialysis Unit is to high level administrative support to clinical staff to enhance patient care. This position is required to perform general reception duties, including management of patient appointment booking and accurately completing the registration of patients.

Experience in providing administrative support to a team
Excellent communication skills with experience in liaising with internal and external stakeholders
Experience in resolving enquiries whilst providing a strong customer focus
Well-developed skills in computer-based technology and using multiple software packages
The ability to work and engage in a team environment whilst working independently as required
Strong time management and organisational skills
