Unique, magnetic and exciting Asian dining fused with a refined experience in the heart of South Yarra’s Capitol Grand.

We aim to build a strong community by providing first-class and attentive service, redefining excellence in hospitality.

**THE ROLE**
We are searching for the best wait staff who are looking to take the next step in their careers and comfortably guide our guests through the Yugen experience.

**THE PAY**:
Full Time Hourly base rate

$23.52 Monday - Friday

$29.40 Saturday

$35.28 Sunday

Please note: Additional penalty rates will be paid on top of your base hourly rate as per the Restaurant Industry Award 2021.

**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE**
- Valid Victorian RSA
- Proven experience in a similar role managing own section
- Excellent presentation
- Pressure management mind set
- Ability to multitask
- Outstanding leadership skills and attention to detail.
