**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
**Summary of the role**:

- Mercy Health has an opportunity for an experienced Health Professional who has project experience and worked on implementing and leading change. This is a part time (20 hours per week) 6 month maternity leave position that will be responsible for reviewing workflows, implementing new systems and processes and be a key change lead within the organisation.
- The successful applicant:

- Will have 3 or more years’ experience working in a Public Hospital
- Will have experience with developing change and communication plans
- Will have experience working on small to mid-size projects
- Will be responsible for conducting training, and developing training manuals and material
- Will be required to work cross campus at Heidelberg and Werribee.

**ABOUT YOU**:

- Relevant tertiary or postgraduate qualifications in Health Information Management or equivalent
- Demonstrated ability to effectively liaise with different levels of stakeholders
- Demonstrate that they have successful lead change within their organisation or department
- Demonstrated ability to review workflows and implementing initiatives
- Great written and oral communication skills
- Must be enthusiastic and motivated
