We are seeking a passionate full time educator to join our already wonderful team Educational Leader experience is favourable.

**Job tasks and responsibilities**
- Provide an educational program based on children's knowledge, skills and interests.
- Create positive, fun and engaging learning environments for children.
- Guide children's behaviour in a positive way.
- Build good, open communication with management, co workers, families and children.
- Observe, record and assess children's learning through a variety of documentation methods.
- Ensure the learning environment is clean, hygienic and safe.

**Skills and experience**
- An approved certificate 3 or Diploma / Or working towards these qualifications
- A passion for working with children.
- Fantastic organisational and teamwork skills.
- Sound written and verbal communication skills.
- A good level of computer literacy.
- Current First Aid certificate with anaphylaxis and asthma training.
- A valid Working With Children Check.
- A sound understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
- Experience in an Educational Leader role or similar
- Leadership skills and ability to mentor and coach others.
