**About the role**

As the **Club Manager at Jetts Cobblebank **you will manage the club, including delivering on operational standards, engaging in the community, achieving sales targets, networking and most of all creating a club environment where all Jetts members are inspired to live a better life.

**A day in the life of a Club Manager is a varied role however some of your responsibilities include**:

- Coaching - engage & motivate your team members and your gym members to perform at their best
- Marketing - own your Clubs social media, support national marketing campaigns and conduct local area marketing
- Sales - sell memberships, merchandise and retail products
- Member Engagement - Community events and challenges are a common part of a Assistant Club Managers role and help to create a community environment where Members want to be
- Targets / KPIs - achieve your set targets for the Club to ensure the Club is growing and trending positively
- WHS - audits, safety training and risk management

**How do you join the Jetts team?**

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

- Flexible hours

Supplemental pay types:
