Our Store General Managers come from diverse retail leadership roles, but this has been their dream role. Here, our team aren't dealing with objects and garments, but bringing their experience to lead a passionate team that helps everyday families with advice, support and solutions for the health and happiness of their furred, feathered, or finned family member.

Our Store Managers are hands on involved in creating and leading their high-performing team and presenting an experience that Pet Parents love. The ultimate experience for Pet Parents is the warm welcome for them and their pet the seamless support within our retail, veterinary clinic, puppy school and grooming salon services. This dynamic business keeps our Store Managers active overseeing the 2IC and team members, management of team and sales performance, recruitment, regular collaboration with the grooming team, Lead Vet and community engagement.

This store is a hub of activity all year round and at its core is you as the Store General Manager.

**Skills and Experiences**:
The vision of a successful Leader.

You have been a store or department manager within a big box retail brand and you are well experienced in managing the many aspects of a business. You are able to:

- create and maintain a culture of customer service excellence
- develop a high performing team knowledgeable in products & services
- achieve growth through insightful analysis of business reports
- understand sales levers and how to convert them into targeted strategies
- effectively manage stock and allocate tasks to team member strengths
- celebrate success and have fun
