- Be the first point of contact for customers, providing expert support and solutions to their queries
- Accurately identify truck parts and ensure a smooth order-to-delivery process
- Build strong, long-term customer relationships while seeking out new business opportunities
- Lead, mentor and support a small, dedicated team to reach their full potential
- Oversee inventory to keep operations efficient and reliable
- Drive financial performance and productivity across the department
- Champion safety at every step, fostering a strong Zero Harm workplace culture

- Strong leadership experience within Parts (trucks, trailers, or cars)
