Are you an experienced fabricator looking for your next challenge? Based in Bridgewater, our client is a national market leader and premium supplier of quality flour-based products. They seek an experienced sheet metal worker to join their team on a full-time basis.

**The role**:
Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will work on a range of plant equipment and machinery to ensure the site and facilities are maintained and fit for purpose.
- Duties may include but are not limited to:_
- Preventative repair and maintenance of plant equipment and machinery.
- Cut, bend, weld, and assemble metal parts using a variety of tools and equipment.
- Inspect and maintain equipment, identifying and repairing any problems or defects to ensure safety and reliability.
- Ensure all fabricated equipment meets safety and quality standards and regulations.
- Maintain detailed records of work, including project specifications, equipment manuals, and maintenance logs.

**About you**:

- Trade qualification as an engineering fabricator, sheet metal worker or boiler maker is essential.
- Proficient in using a variety of metalworking tools and equipment, including welding machines, grinders, and saws.
- Experience with industrial and food processing equipment is desirable but not essential.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Fantastic problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and work under pressure.

**Please note**:On occasion, flexibility is required to do after-hours work. A pre-employment medical, including an instant drug and alcohol, is a requirement of the role.
