Food and Beverage Attendant

**Ribs & Burgers** we are a fast-casual style restaurant that combines the classic humble butcher shop and bistro style diner presenting ribs and burgers cooked over flame and served in generous portions.

**Due to continuous growth of our business, we are actively seeking experienced Line Cooks and/or Grillers to join our team on a part time basis** (Average of 20-30 hours per week with the availability for more). This position offers immediate start, but we are happy to wait should you have a notice period.

**About the role**:

- Grilling - following Ribs & Burgers unique grilling methods.
- Ensure completion of all food preparation, set up and pack down of the kitchen.
- Coordinate and maintain the quality of food and presentation of all meals.
- Conduct kitchen quality control measures including stock management, daily checklists and cleaning rosters.
- Managing preparation list.
- Comply with health and safety procedure when caring out all tasks.
- Some experience in a similar role is required
