Job Title: FOH Supervisor - POSITION DESCRIPTION AND DUTIES

Reporting to: Restaurant Manager and Managing Partner Primary Objective: To provide leadership and direction to all restaurant team members to ensure excellence in guest service, value for money and product quality. To ensure Bondi Pizza's reputation is continually enhanced through the highest standards of presentation, cleanliness, food safety and staff training, whilst maximising profitability,

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Daily Operation - Ensure compliance with Bondi Pizza Shift Running guidelines and oversee performance of each Front of House Team Member

Service - Ensure compliance with Bondi Pizza Shift Running guidelines and promote a culture where -'every guest leaves happy. Check all standards of service (including steps of service) ar being followed at all times.

Food Safety - Ensure that all food safety policies and procedures are in place and that all tear members are well trained and adhering to these policies and procedures at all times. The company maintains a zero tolerance to breaches of food safety.

Effective Communication - Ensure highest levels of communication with Support Office, other

Restaurant Managers and between all Manager and Team Members at your restaurant.

Ordering and Stocktakes - Ensure adequate par levels for all stock (including beverage, paper/packaging, foh supples, small wares, uniforms etc.) are maintained and orders for all additional stock are put through accordingly.

Exceeding Guest Expectations - Manage guest relations, follow up on customer contact and Inquiries received. Ensure satisfactory NPS score for your restaurant.

Training - Ensure that all team members are provided with up front and ongoing training using the training guides specified by Bondi Pizza. Also ensure team members are trained on R$A as well as Food Safety guidelines and requirements.

Maximise Profitability - Assist with controlling all business costs inclusive of - Staff rosters and wage spend, food and beverage costs, operational costs and expenses in accordance with agreed budgets. Manage shrinkage and wastage through proactive exception management and firm polky control.

Sales Growth - Focus on sales growth at all tires through the following means - staff training on seling skills, staff education regarding high margin items, driving average cheque value, increasing drink purchase incidence, local marketing and repeat visitation.

Policy and Procedural Compilance - Ensure all company procedures and policies are in place at all times and that all tear members conform with these policies. OH&S - Ensure all OH&S policies and regulations are in place and that all policies and procedures are adhered to by all team members. The company must maintain a work safe environment at all times.

Continuous Improvement - Be proactive in all aspects of the business in order to ensure a culture of continuous improvement is fostered. All recommendations for changes to systems. procedures and menu development should be formally tabled for discussion with senior management

Restaurant Maintenance - Assist with maintenance issues and where necessary obtain quotes for repairs for submission to Managing Partner for approval.

Staff incentive program - Assist with implementing and monitoring the staff incentive program which recognises and rewards achlevements. Industrial Relations
- Ensure compliance with Bondi Pizza Enterprise Agreement and Fair Work guidelines.

Discount Policy - Ensure the company discount policy is adhered to at all times by team members. General - assist with other tasks and dutles as requested by senlor management Additional duties as allocated from time to time by Managing Partner or Restaurant Manager may include: Waiter and Training Duties
- **Ensure RSA guidelines are being followed and all service standards are being met. - Conduct small wares and foh supplies stocktakes and place orders for additional stock as needed. Ensure orders are checked against involces-invoiced prices and quantities should match order sheets.**
- Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of all front of House areas and equipment.
- Key KPIs-Mystery Shops and Average Cheque. Bar Duties
- Ensure RSA guidelines are being followed and all service standards are being met. - Conduct beverage, paper and packaging and bar equipment stocktakes and place orders for additional stock as needed. Ensure orders are checked against invoices-invoked prices and quantities should match order sheets.
- Ensure cleanilness and maintenance of all Bar area and equipment. **Key KPIs-Beverage Gross Profit and Beverage Percentage. Host & Function Duties
- ** Ensure RSA guidelines are being followed and all service standards are being met.
- Ensure successful Implementation of functions by responding to customer inquiries within 24 hours, coordinating functions menu packages with customer, preparing function run sheets and communicating customer expectations to
