Job Description

**Your Opportunity to Join our Team**

We’re looking for a **Team Leader** to join our **Primary Processing Facility at Murarrie, QLD**— a role where you won’t just oversee operations but drive efficiency, innovation, and team success.

In this hands-on leadership position, you'll be at the heart of our fast-moving OHCL team, ensuring seamless production, optimising workflows, and mentoring a high-performing team. With the backing of a **stable, ASX-listed company**, this is your chance to step into a **dynamic, team-driven** environment and make a real impact.

This Team Leader role is Monday to Friday 5:50am-15:06pm in our Over-Head Cut-up Line (OHCL) department.

**Daily Tasks**
- Lead and support the production team to achieve operational targets
- Monitor team performance, providing coaching and development as needed
- Maintain accurate records and complete operational reporting tasks
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational procedures and lead corrective actions as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to improve production efficiency

**You will bring to this role**
- Previous experience in a Team Leader or Supervisory role within a production environment
- Proven communication and leadership skills to engage and influence a team
- Drive the continual improvement of both processes and people
- Proficiency in MS Office and general administration
- High attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Ability to respond calmly and methodically when faced with challenges
