This is a casual role supporting NDIS Participants. We are looking for reliable workers. We support NDIS participants across all of Perth.

We are hiring support workers to join our team **North of the River.**

We believe that everyone has the potential for greatness and want to empower those living with disabilities to find the pathway designed uniquely for them. Our supports are person-centred, we communicate closely with participants to ensure they have choice and control. Staff training and development opportunities are important to us, as well as having good communication so you are well supported whilst working 1:1 with participants. We aim to provide participants with continuous, reliable support by building up a team of support workers that they have chosen.

**About you**

You will share the same mission, vision, and values as Labyrinth Supports. You must want to make a difference, have a caring nature, have initiative, be open-minded and respect people’s life choices. The Support Worker role is an important part of the community, you must acknowledge the importance of individual self-care, and aim to provide an environment that fosters supportive relationships. You will need to have a flexible approach and be willing to develop your skill set so participants continue to receive high-quality support.

**Essential criteria**
- NDIS Workers Screening Check
- Drivers Licence and Car
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module ‘Quality, Safety and You’
- NDIS Induction Module
- DSC Supporting People to Stay Infection Free and Safe Waste Management
- First Aid
- CPR
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Pay: $36.00 - $37.00 per hour
