**About Us**

**Role**
The **solution Design Lead** is accountable for defining and delivering a valuable product that is aligned with Service Evolution’s key initiatives & prioritized capabilities for delivery that meet the customer needs and the strategic business objectives and outcomes.

You will be a Subject Matter expert for IT project delivery, Strategy & roadmap design, system integration and system impact analysis. You should have excellent organisational, interpersonal and leadership skills and be able to show proven experience in delivering large complex programs of work with experience working in Agile project environments.

**Responsibilities**:

- 5 years + experience working as a Solution Architect, Solution lead
- 4 years of experience in system automation delivery programs
- 4 years of experience with defining new products & IT Solutions
- Preferred 3 years of experience in IT Strategy planning &/or working on technology transformation initiatives
- Experiences in designing and delivering **ServiceNow solutions**:

- Experience in strategic and scalable product and operational delivery
- Agile Coach/Scrum Master/Product Owner/Product Manager qualification
- Experience in general business analysis in a large enterprise
- Subject Matter Expert in case management best practices
- Knowledge of system testing process, environments & execution (ST/SIT/UAT) (preferred).
- Excellent people-leading skills
- Excellent organizational management skills
- Strong general business acumen
- Can quickly build relationships across an organization to align and leverage in delivering accountabilities
- Strong communication skills and proven ability to deliver outcomes with external stakeholders and customers
- Excellent Practical problem-solving skills
- Ability to “bridge the gap” between teams and cross-functional processes
- Experience in a related position and ability to work under minimum instruction
