**About the role**
Mercy Community Services are recruiting for a superstar individual to join our Connected Families team as their **Team Manager** on a **Permanent Full-Time** basis based in **Ipswich**.
- The Team Manager position is responsible for the coordination of all aspects of the program areas associated with the team._
**$106,388 - $111,091 per annum (SCAHDS Level 6) plus superannuation plus salary packaging available**
This role entails but not limited to
- Work collaboratively with your line manager to identify client needs and deliver appropriate services within available resources, continually assessing effectiveness and responding to changing needs and dynamics
- Build and maintain trusting and meaningful working relationships with clients and relevant stakeholders
- Support and provide opportunities for life and personal skill development for clients by role modelling expected behaviours
**About you**
As the successful applicant, you will possess:
- Relevant undergraduate or higher degree qualifications in Social Work, Social Science, Psychology or related discipline
- Experience in a similar role in the youth or community services sector
- Current and valid Queensland Provisional Green (P2) or above Drivers Licence
- Current and valid Working with Children Check (Blue Card) or ability to apply
- Evidence of current vaccination against whooping cough or willingness to obtain prior to commencement
