GreenEdge Turf and Garden Care is a growing business based in Sydney’s Northern Beaches. We provide high-quality garden and lawn services and turf establishment projects to the Northern Beaches, North Shore and Eastern Suburbs of Sydney, maintaining residential, commercial and strata lawns & gardens.

The successful individual would demonstrate the following characteristics:

- Minimum of 12 months full time experience in Lawn and Garden maintenance.
- Good natured, approachable manner.
- Permanant Working Rights in Australia.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work in a small, independent team.
- The desire to manage a team for regular jobs and new garden projects, with the capability to earn a commission/bonuses for regular jobs in charge of and for projects to be negotiated after 12 months of employment.
- Australian driver’s license.

Other information:

- A Certificate 3 in Horticulture or Parks and Gardens (or completing) would be advantageous.
- Award conditions of annual leave and personal leave are included in this package as per gardening and landscaping award.

Pay: $66,793.00 - $75,411.00 per year

**Benefits**:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
