**Freight Investigator** with a great customer focus to join their growing team in their NSW Transport Hub based in South-West Sydney.

**About the role**
- Investigating missing, damaged, or delayed freight
- Organising customer pick-ups and managing freight bookings
- Conducting hub searches and floor sweeps for absent or unidentified freight
- Providing operational support to the customer service team
- Providing administrative assistance to the transport operations team
- Ad-hoc administrative duties

**About you**

You need a safety-focused mindset and comfortable working in a warehouse facility. You will need exceptional communication, experience working in a team environment, responding to a high volume of enquiries, and being physically fit to move freight around various areas of the operation manually.

**Requirements**:

- Can start ASAP
- Available Monday to Friday, between 8am - 6pm
- Proven experience within a warehouse or logistics operation or working in a customer service-based role within the transport industry
- Great attitude and excellent communication skills, and you must be a team player with the ability to work cohesively with others
- Ability to carry up to 25kgs
- You will need your own steel cap boots/shoes, and a hi-vis vest.
- Willingness to undergo a police check and be vaccinated against Covid-19
