**Who we’re looking for**:
A procurement change leader with solid business acumen, and the ability to deliver change outcomes in a dynamic environment. You are flexible, able to influence and engage stakeholders and teams while leading through change. Our Procurement team needs self-motivated, driven and resilient people who have effective communication, strong interpersonal skills and effective problem solving skills.

**What you’ll be doing**:
This pivotal transformation role oversees the Group Purchasing processes with a view to streamline, optimise and determine the end state operating model. It is anticipated that this future state model will involve the outsourcing of the functionality, and you will play a central role in developing the business case and managing the transformation and transition.

Leading a team of purchasing coordinators who support the business in purchasing processes across the group, your focus will be on:

- Supporting efficient and effective purchasing process and practice within the business
- Enabling timely and accurate payment processing through driving completeness and timeliness of purchasing
- Supporting process redesign to optimise the use of the Oracle Fusion upgrade
- Supporting a review of the P2P operating model with the view to outsource transactional processes

**What you need to be successful**:

- Prior team leadership experience
- The ability to run cross functional projects and teams within tight time frames
- Be tertiary qualified in either Commerce, Economics or Business
- Hold five plus years’ experience in procurement/purchasing operations
- Demonstrated experience guiding a business unit through transition and change with solid negotiation skills
- Proven Oracle Financial or other ERP systems experience
- The ability to build business cases and supporting a business through transformation
- A strong understanding of the procure to pay value chain
