Organise and Control the operations of establishments which provide retail services.

We are looking for a Store Manager at **Tuggerah **to help lead and develop our frontline team, through clear direction, customer focus and operating standards to drive store performance through sales, profit and growth.

**ABOUT THE CHEESECAKE SHOP**:
The Cheesecake Shop started with just one store in the inner-west Sydney suburb of Rozelle in 1991 and has now grown to be an international success with over 225 cake bakeries and over 2000 employees across Australia and New Zealand.

Nearly all of our shops are independently owned and operated by skilled franchisees, most of which have been with us for many years.

The Cheesecake Shop are proud to be two-time winners of the Australian Established Franchisor of the Year award, which is awarded by the Franchise Council of Australia (FCA), the peak body representing Australia’s $140 billion dollar franchise sector. Our most recent claim to the coveted title was awarded in December 2020. The brand has also been recognised as an outstanding performer through the Australian Franchise Rating Scale by FRANdata in 2020, achieving a rating of 5 stars - the highest rating possible.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

**Tasks**
- Determining product mix, stock levels and service standards
- Carefully monitor all Bakery operations
- Formulating and implementing purchasing and marketing policies, and setting prices
- Promoting and advertising the establishment's goods
- Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Selling goods and services to customers and advising them on product use
- Maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions
- Undertaking budgeting for the establishment
- Controlling selection, training and supervision of staff
- Ensure the health and safety of all Team Members and Customers are met
- Order and maintain stock availability

**WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**
- At least 3 years of work experience as a Store Manager
- Multitasking skills
- Passion and dedication to delivering customer and service excellence
- Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Strong commitment to workplace safety

**HOW TO APPLY**

**Salary**: $58,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- TUGGERAH, NSW 2259: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

- Retail: 3 years (preferred)
