Job Summary

We are currently offering an excellent opportunity for dependable and hard-working Couriers to join our collections service team. In this customer-facing role, you will be responsible for collecting stock from retail locations, shops, and warehouses. This position is ideal for individuals who take pride in their work, value punctuality, and are committed to delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

Collect stock from various retailers, shops, and warehouses according to schedule

Ensure timely, secure, and accurate collections in accordance with company standards

Represent the company professionally, maintaining high standards of personal presentation and communication

Adhere to all company procedures, safety policies, and road regulations

Maintain accurate collection records and report any issues or discrepancies promptly

Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, or extended hours as needed

**Requirements**:
Full and valid Australian driving licence

Good geographical knowledge of the local area

Previous courier or delivery experience is desirable but not essential

Strong command of English (written and verbal)

Professional appearance and a customer-focused attitude

Legal right to work in Australia

Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check and drug & alcohol screening

Must be honest, reliable, and punctual with a strong work ethic
