**About the opportunity**

StarTrack Courier combines the logistics and service expertise of Australia Post with the renowned network reach of StarTrack. As an owner driver, you will make same day deliveries to the **Perth** metropolitan area.

We have work for 1 Tonne van owners and provide comprehensive training, support, and uniforms and communication equipment to get you up to speed.

**You’ll be**
- Focused on safety and completing your own daily vehicle safety check
- Building positive relationships with customers and the team
- Learning all facets of courier work

**About you**

You’re a friendly, enthusiastic and reliable personality who loves autonomy just as much as interacting with others and being a team player. You’re passionate about making a difference in the community. You are an excellent communicator, well organised and excited about operating your own small business.

**You’ll also need to**
- To have a full valid Australian vehicle licence
- To understand and have a sound knowledge of the state’s road rules and regulations
- To successfully pass our mandatory character checks and driving history check.
- You must be incorporated or be willing to become incorporated (i.e. have a current A.C.N and A.B.N) and obtain relevant insurances.
- All vans must be only 8 years old or less and be white in colour.

**Job Type**: Subcontract

**Salary**: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekend availability
