**Must haves**:

- Customer centric mindset
- Instinct to drive retail sales. We value new ideas
- Demonstrated ability to lead by example, and inspire your team
- Big box retail leadership experience (including visual merchandising)
- Commercial acumen, including P&L analysis, trends and forecasting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Intuitive and effective management of high stock volumes
- Ability to contribute to a culture which is hands-on and collaborative
- First Aid certification or undergo training (fully funded)
