Purpose

As People Services Advisor, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of business initiatives and outstanding advisory, project and service support across key capabilities within our People Operations team, such as Reward, Position Management, Tier 0 and Tier 1 delivery, Policy, Talent Development, Project Delivery and Business support across the People Services team, as well as annual reporting and metrics.

Our People Services team are the trusted first point of contact to our Support Office, Frontline Staff Members, Line Managers and People Business Partners, providing support on people and culture matters. We are looking for someone who is organized, is an exceptional communicator, and above all enjoys working in a collaborative fast paced team environment.
- **_Please note, this is a 10 month fixed term opportunity._**

Key Accountabilities
- Processing employee letters, internal transfer requests, contracts and changes to organisational structure
- Assisting with employee management including performance review support, allowance calculations, service recognition and termination
- Create reports for HR partners on a weekly and monthly basis
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and Centres of Expertise (COEs) to deliver key people projects.
- Assisting and navigating multiple HR/Payroll systems
- Escalate employee queries, concerns and grievances expediently and with high accuracy
- Act as an effective change agent who advocates for and supports change initiatives within HR and across the business.

Key Capabilities
- Demonstrated experience in a high-volume HR administration role
- Previous experience working in Retail or similar industry
- Highly developed communication & intermediate excel skills looked upon favourably
- A proven ability to manage, maintain and strengthen stakeholder relationships
- Have the ability to work in a multi-disciplinary, collaborative, fast-paced retail environment
