The role
As an integral part of the team our expectation is that the Account Coordinator supports the Partnership Managers and Sales Managers from a point of and post-sale perspective. This includes handling all campaigns from booking point through to managing delivery and post reporting. Supporting the team from an administrative, organisational perspective and helping pull together client and campaign insights.
A day in the life of
Process and send insertion orders once signed off by the client
Liaise with the Ad Operations team and clients to ensure all ad tags are provided and implemented correctly
Ensure relevant screenshots are sent to all clients within five days of campaigns going live
Meeting specified deadlines as outlined by clients or internal staff
Compile and distribute end of campaign reports for all campaigns in a timely manner
General reporting and data compiling in spreadsheets based on client requests
Learn various systems Google Ad Manager, Nielsen, Google Analytics, Symphony, Tableau - to pull audience, client and campaign insights with support and training from team members or third-party companies
Be fully up to date with Double Click (DFP and DSM) knowledge for forecasting, reporting and checking campaign delivery
**Follow company procedures as outlined**: Leave/sick forms processed in a timely manner, work at least the minimum required hours with the expectation that on occasion there may be additional time to be put in outside of specified business hours to complete client requests on deadline
Ensure that there is a record of client communication saved on the share drive
Assist with general support requests from Account Managers, Sales Manager and Director
Assist set-up of communications for weekly national sales meeting
Attend client functions as requested by Sales Manager, this may require time out of designated business hours on occasion
Participate in company social events as requested by senior staff

Proficient skills in Excel and basic PowerPoint skills
Able to use Google Docs and Google Analytics an advantage
Passionate about sales and marketing
Ability to multitask and communicate at multiple levels
Possesses a high level of attention to detail and resilience to effectively work in collaboration with a team
Can learn new processes quickly and possess common sense and natural problem-solving abilities
Can maintain a cool head under pressure and demonstrates initiative
Ability to communicate assertively and confidently whilst maintaining focus
