Thrive Disability Services & Carer Support is a boutique disability services provider established in 2019, but our roots in disability support and within the Tassie and Queensland community run deep. We empower people to enhance their independence, through NDIS Services, Aged Care and Employment services.

Due to sustainable growth interstate, we are now seeking to employ multiple roles across Gold Coast area and surrounds for Disability Support Workers.

- Will have a Cert III in Individual Support or intending to get one
- NDIS Workers Clearance Check Completed
- Will have a reliable insured car and drivers license
- First Aid + CPR
- Working with Vulnerable People's Card
- National Police Clearance
- Be flexible and understands the nature of NDIS services and service hours. There is no 9am till 5pm shift, we are open 24/7 and the shifts are broken into clusters. We are able to provide both full time or part time hours based on staff availability.

**Job Types**: Casual, Part-time

**Salary**: $30.59 - $37.64 per hour

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Christmas bonus
- Penalty rates
- Performance bonus

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (preferred)
- Working with Children Check (preferred)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (required)
- National Police Certificate (preferred)
- Driver Licence (required)
- Assist with Medication (preferred)
