**About the role**

We're seeking an experienced and motivated Product Owner to join our Beam team. Your role is critical to the success of our B2B and software partner digital suite.

As a Product Owner, you'll be responsible for driving the Beam product roadmap, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, and collaborating with business and technology teams to implement solutions that bring actual value. You'll also manage the product backlog, balance business and customer needs, and ensure successful product delivery.

In addition, you'll contribute to the product vision, lead design and estimation, and use various agile methodologies while keeping strong relationships with key business stakeholders, external vendors, and partners. Moreover, monitoring product quality and performance will be your responsibility, using information from multiple sources to troubleshoot issues and enhance performance. Supporting planning, change management, and other readiness activities will also fall under your duties.

This role is available as a **permanent** opportunity.

**About you**

To succeed in this role, you must have a strong understanding of B2B and software partner digital product suites. You should have experience in product ownership, agile methodologies, and relationship management. You must have exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities, be results-oriented, and able to balance competing demands.

If this is the right role for you, your skills and qualifications may include:

- Previous experience as Product Owner or Manager, ideally in financial services or fin-tech industry.
- Qualifications in & experience with SAFe or similar agile methodologies.
- Advanced analytical, evaluative and problem-solving capability.
- Demonstrated experience in managing and monitoring digital product performance.
