**Maintenance Grounds Person - Gawler Supportive Care**

Gawler Supportive Care, a dedicated provider of accommodation and care for individuals with disabilities, is seeking a skilled Maintenance Grounds Person to join our team. This role requires a versatile individual with a diverse skill set and the ability to work both independently and as a team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Tiling
- Basic plumbing
- Cleaning
- Gardening
- Painting
- General onsite maintenance tasks

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Test and Tag certification
- Elevated Work Platform (EWP) licence
- Forklift licence
- First Aid certification
- NDIS Worker Orientation Certificate

**Essential Requirements**:

- Full driver’s licence
- DHS Screening (or willingness to obtain)
- National Criminal History Check (or willingness to obtain)

**Skills and Attributes**:

- Excellent communication skills
- Strong ability to work effectively in a team and independently

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 35 per week
