**About the role**

As a **Junior Commercial Analyst**, you'll play a key role in supporting our Commercial and Finance teams. Your day-to-day will be a mix of reporting, analysis, and problem-solving, helping us make smarter, faster decisions.

**Key responsibilities**
- Provide meaningful and actionable analysis to support commercial and operational decision-making
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting, and help develop plans of action aligned to business goals
- Deliver regular weekly/monthly reports that drive performance and accountability across departments
- Analyse key business drivers of revenue and costs to uncover trends and opportunities
- Work with large data sets to uncover insights and turn them into compelling stories for key stakeholders
- Produce ad hoc reports and assist with stakeholder presentations
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in reporting processes and analytics tools
- Build strong relationships across the business to become a trusted data partner

**About you**
- A degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
- Strong analytical and numerical skills, with proficiency in Excel Ability to work with large data sets and draw clear, actionable insights
- Strong communication skills-you're confident sharing insights with a non-technical audience
- A team player with a willingness to learn and grow
