**Responsibilities**:
**Account Management**:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing key accounts, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and providing timely solutions.
Conduct regular meetings and site visits to understand customer needs and identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
Monitor account performance, track sales data, and prepare reports to evaluate account growth and identify areas for improvement.
**Business Development**:
- Identify and target new business opportunities within the assigned territory to expand the customer base.
Proactively seek out potential clients, generate leads, and initiate contact to promote our products and services.
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and educational sessions to increase customer awareness and interest.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies for lead generation and conversion.
**Sales and Negotiation**:
- Achieve sales targets by effectively managing the entire sales process, from lead qualification to deal closure.
Prepare and present compelling sales proposals, quotes, and contracts that align with customer requirements and company policies.
Negotiate terms, pricing, and contractual agreements, ensuring mutual benefit for both the company and the client.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to effectively position our offerings and capitalize on market opportunities.
**Customer Service and Support**:
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely delivery of orders.
Coordinate with internal teams, including logistics, operations, and production, to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Act as an advocate for customers within the organization, conveying their feedback, preferences, and suggestions for product improvement.
**Qualifications and Requirements**:
- Proven experience in account management, in the timber and building material industry.
Strong knowledge of construction industry practices, products, and trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
