**The Opportunity**

**The Role**

As a Commercial Property Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of a diverse portfolio of commercial, industrial, and retail properties. These properties are primarily located in the CBD fringe, with some in suburban areas. Your duties will include lease management, tenant relations, property inspections, financial management, and more.

**Property Management**:Oversee the day-to-day management of a range of commercial properties, including city fringe and suburban locations.

**Client Relationships**:Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and tenants, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.

**Lease Administration**:Manage lease negotiations, renewals, and reviews.

**Financial Management**:Monitor and control budgets, expenses, and financial performance
**.**

**Maintenance and Repairs**:Coordinate maintenance and repairs, ensuring properties are well-maintained.

**Compliance**:Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations.

**About You**
- VIC Agent's Representative Certificate
- Current VIC Police Check
- Current Victorian Driver’s License and a well maintained car
- Minimum of 3 years solid commercial property management experience and a track record of stable employment.
- Strong knowledge of the Melbourne commercial property market
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
- Proficiency in property management software (e.g., MRI, Yardi)
- A proactive and customer-focused approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
