**About Us**

INCA Home Services provides services to young people and people with a disability, in home and community-based service and a day program. INCA Home Services is committed to being a friendly, safe and respectful organisation to assist our participants in achieving their goals.

We provide accommodation, home support and day program to our NDIS partricipants.

As our HR Manager, you will oversee daily operations of the business. You will lead and supervise the team, support our managers and communicate with stakeholders.

This is a part -time, permanent position Human Resources Manager, you will use your excellent interpersonal skills to work with a growing team and provide professional Human Resources administrative support to employees, managers and the executive team.

Role and Responsibility
- Supervision of end to end recruitment processes
- Internal grievances case management; advice and guidance on interpersonal conflict management
- Employee on-boarding and inductions
- HR Administration and ad hoc duties
- Ensuring all employee records are maintained accurately and in a timely manner
- Produce reports on a regular basis
- Provide advice on employment conditions and other processes undertaken by the business in respect to employee relations
- Workers compensation management
- Disciplinary and grievance management

Essential Skills and Qualifications
- 1 years degree in Business or similar
- 2 year of experience in similar HR role
- A can-do attitude and ability to display clear communication to internal and external stakeholders

Desirable
- Experience with grievance and disciplinary procedures

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $49.28 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 24 per week
