This successful rehabilitation provider is seeking a graduate or junior Rehabilitation Counsellor to work closely with a Senior Rehabilitation Counsellor in an assistant capacity. This is an incredible opportunity for a junior RC to gain firsthand experience in the field. You will be supporting a Senior RC in claims management
- building your skills in an environment where you can observe, learn & receive mentorship simultaneously. This is a work from home role, assisting the Senior RC remotely, OR if you are based in the Central Coast, this position can be face-to-face.

This role is open to a passionate graduate or junior RC with a strong desire to help clients return to health and work. This position offers significant progression opportunities alongside the incredible training & mentorship that this role provides.

**You will be responsible for the following**:

- Assisting the Senior Rehabilitation Counsellor in claims management.
- Support the Senior RC in a variety of ways during assessments & interventions.
- Coordinate case management documentation and reporting.
- Conduct Labour Market Analyses.
- Liaison with key stakeholders when required.
- Completion of high-level written reporting.

**Requirements**:

- Tertiary qualification in Rehabilitation Counselling (with relevant registration & membership ASORC etc).
- Motivated personality with the ability to work very well in a small team
- with a willingness to support & a can-do attitude.
- Good rapport building skills.
